1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all candidates ("you" or "the candidate") purchasing training services from Online Training Team Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing and accessing our training packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide access to online training courses through our platform. Once you purchase a training package, you will be provided with login details to access your training account and use the training credits allocated to you.

3. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Access to training will only be granted once payment has been received in full.

4. Use of Training Credits

• Training credits are allocated to your account once payment is confirmed.
• Credits may be used to enrol on available training modules within the system.
• Once a credit is used to access a module, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded or transferred.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Once you have logged in and accessed the training system, your credits are activated and the service has been deemed "used".
• Due to the nature of digital training products, no refunds will be given once access has been granted and credits have been utilised.
• If you have not logged in or used any credits, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days and request a refund in writing.
• We offer a 'Placement Guarantee' whereby we will provide a placement opportunity upon completion of all course requirements. In the event we are unable to offer a placement, you will be eligible to get a full refund of the course fees paid. However, this is subject to the following conditions:
  1. The candidate must successfully complete the course in full, including all courses required for participation.
  2. If a placement is offered and the candidate fails to attend, withdrawals or declines the opportunity, the placement guarantee will be void and the candidate will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. The candidate must respond to placement communications and attend scheduled interviews or onboarding sessions as required.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access training.
• Login details are personal to you and must not be shared with others.
• Misuse of the system, including sharing accounts or attempting to copy training material, may result in immediate suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including content, text, images, and resources, remain the property of Online Training Team Limited and/or its partners. You are granted a non-transferable, limited licence to use the materials solely for your personal training.

8. Liability

• We will use reasonable care in providing training courses and the guarantee of a placement but do not guarantee that completion of training will result in full time employment unless expressly stated.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data Protection

We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
